The Game:
An old bank sits in the desolate streets of the city. Long abandoned, it remains empty: No squatters have moved in. Maybe it's because the local Cops keep this area gang-free like no other part of the city.
A few years back a Cop discovered that this bank had a vault full of Gold bullion forgotten from the chaotic days when the Corporations seized control of the world. He and some of his colleagues have been siphoning off the gold and selling it on the black market. It would have been long gone except for the difficulty of selling it quietly, without having to share. Passing the money off as gambling winnings or simple graft, they bought armour, weapons, & equipment for their men, and have escaped suspicion.
The local police are essentially their private army, and their high grade kit makes them a force to be reckoned with.
When the Ravens triggered the silent alarm, the cops headed straight to the bank.
The game is a simple game of cat and mouse. The Ravens must get to a table edge as soon as possible and flee the wraith of the Rogue Cops.
Table Set Up:
The Bank is a large formidable building in the centre of the table. Streets lead off towards all table edges. Old rusting cars, piles of rubble and other street furniture litters all the streets. This is essential for the game.
There should also be plenty of alleys and dead ends in between and behind the buildings to add some spice to the game. The Ravens are set up on the Steps outside the bank. The Cops set up on each street intent on closing the net on the raiders.
Further Gaming:
If the Scavs escape then this game can lead to a campaign. The Scavs may return to find any surviving Cops barricaded in the bank. This can be a simple assault. The Scavs can make use of street gang allies. It is amazing how many friends you can gain when you know where there is lots of gold for the taking. Don’t forget the potential of greed. As soon as it looks like the gangs have the bank they will start fighting each other.
The final game could be who ever holds the bank taking on the city cops or Corporate forces to hold on to the resource. By this time it will be common knowledge what is in the bank and this attracts all sorts.
This could be a good point to involve different types of gangs such as Cultists and Bikers. (Don’t forget the potential of the Corps either. As soon as they hear of the gold the area will be swarming with Corps troopers.) This would make a great scenario for lots of players and could make a good demo game. Total chaos as all comers all “go for gold”.
The Ravens
Victory Conditions and rules for the Ravens:
The Scavs must get at least one gold bar off the table. Due to the weight of the Gold bars the Ravens movement is limited to 4cm per AP. It costs 2AP for a Scav to ditch a Gold bar. It costs 2AP to pick up a gold bar or to pass it to another Gang member.

The Cops
Victory Conditions for the Cops:
You must kill every Scav: “Dead men tell no tales”.
If any of the Scavs get off the table every street punk, gang and scumbag for miles around will be back by morning to loot your stash.
You can kiss your early retirement goodbye and you will probably end up with the City and Police checking you out. Not to mention attracting the beady eye of the Corporations. Who knows where it will end?.
The Cops work in 3 man teams to catch the Scavs. Each 3 man team has a Leader only. The teams set up in the streets within 15cm of each corner and can communicate with each other.

Variations:
When the scavs arrive the Cops are loading the gold on to a truck. Can they stop the Cops fleeing with the loot?
Extra Police units arrive on-table. Are they loyal to the city or do they want a slice of loot?
I am sure you can see the potential for this game to go on an on as various sides scrap over holding the bank and the even bigger headache of getting the gold somewhere safe.
